guess the debt factor and the funding to come is playing on investors minds - I can only see certain benefits being paid from previous CR's and funding - but wheres the real value? and still a fair bit of expenditure required to get this up and running from what I can see - and yet management costs still high - would be nice if they provide the company with a reprieve on those just to get it back on track IMO - but chances of that are somewhat slim I imagine. and what value has been created by those high admin costs? - market needs something more to get this up and running SP wise IMO - cause "admin costs" are too high for this to be on "go slow".
