there was plenty. Besides, a HC judge even stated this in his judgement.
SMM did not leave because it was too difficult to do business in. They left because it was too difficult for THEM to do business in. They explored every possible avenue imaginable and failed. When you're not wanted, you're not wanted....[/QUOTE
Gee Redpapa, that was specific, "there was plenty..............aHC judge even ..........his judgement."
Following your views, the same courts and appeals court judges you refer to also ruled invalid and thus revoked the processes that granted AVQ's subsidiary AVQKB , its mining licence, exploration permit and the whole customary land registration and resulting 50 year lease processes over Takarta/ Kolosori.
Why? Because the courts you refer found the due processes could not have been followed within the statuatory time frames, evidence given by Axiom KB in their own defence.
Leaves some very interesting questions that have never been asked of and thus never answered by Axiom KB.
Very similar to your unspecified claims towards SMM.
