That's the way I see it too.
And a NASDAQ listing will ensure that when (in my opinion it is a near certainty) AVR is bought by a major player, WHEN that happens, shareholders will get a much much higher price for their shares than if we weren't listed on the NASDAQ.....
Anyway, all conjecture until we hear more.
