This has a whiff of hostile takeover about it. USD50M to be raised? That’s about 1/3 of the current market cap. Who will be the lucky insiders in the US who get a piece of that off-market action? And once the share capital is in the US, what’s to stop repeated dilutive placements? I very much doubt this is how Wayne expected to land on NASDAQ. They can shove it I reckon.
