based on market caps I would hazard a guess it won't be a merger of equals as AVR as it's stands has the bigger mcap and the IP, MSAC has us$50m and a Nasdaq listing (ie commodity). AVR shareholder ownership % of the new entity in my view is on a sliding scale well beyond 50% in our favour.
I reserve judgement until details are announced and the market has placed a value on it.
