And it seems we only know about this takeover offer due to disclosure obligations under Australia’s securities laws. If AVR’s shares are entirely merged in a NASDAQ listed entity, will we Australian shareholders still have those protections? Would we retain ability to take collective action under Australian corporations law? Would ASIC have any jurisdiction? A pure listing on NASDAQ is concerning to me.
