I'd much prefer to see a roadshow to HNW/UHNW individuals...

I'd much prefer to see a roadshow to HNW/UHNW individuals in the US and EU/Switzerland where a solid development plan was laid out in combination with a $50mil-$100mil raise.

I don't mind more dilution provided the funds received are from the right sort of investor and I'd much prefer to see a dilution in power of some of the existing 'so called' cornerstone investors.

IMHO you can only get the (say 2x?) bump in share price for a takeover/merger once, it's be great to see that happen off a much higher base and not give away control/equity in the hopes the a NASDAQ listing will see a positive re-rate.

Wolgen who heads up $CUV has a 21 point checklist that he is looking to tick off before listing on NASDAQ, he has reviewed the performance of the healthcare/biotech players in the index and listing is not a sure thing for positive re-rate.
