    IGF are a toothless tiger. They havnt removed Jean felix, They havent got the power to deter Zijin.

    dont get me wrong, Zijin deal has dodgy all over it. sold for way less than it is worth. and shouldnt be allowed to stand for many reasons.

    But there is one thing being forgotten.......This is the DRC, brown paper bags is legitimate business transaction. The DRC can bend their own rules when it suits.
