If Cominiere consider the offer unsatisfactory, they can say so. Im sure they had Zijin lined up prior.
There is also every chance that AVZ cant claim back the actual title to the 15% from Zijin, but would then be able to sue Cominiere for damages.
This is going to drag on for years IMO
