I cant see why they wouldn't after reading AVZ's latest announcment IMO. Even if they didnt want to take the case all the way to its conclusion, if the evidence does stand against them, launching an official arbitration would be a useful pressure and delay tactic, or some useful leverage towards a settlement. The old pay as a chunk more or we'll drag this out and further impact your ability to get this project moving game. Or indeed try along with Zijin in overwhelm our limited management with the intent of making a buyout of Dathcom seem like the best way out.
