I wonder if letting the current agreement with Chinese lapse might suit.
The DRC government are currently being courted by the Americans about a better way of doing things.
The DRC would get Western involvement in a major project.
I'm sure with the increase in prices since the current agreement was struck, AVZ would command a larger price tag for the same percentage of the project.
Obviously the USA would feel that they had gained back a bit of lost ground.
I'm sure current off take agreements wouldn't be harmed.
For us AVZ'ers better result financially and possibly a less threatening partner to do business with.
