How many lithium converters are there and will there be in the USA, Europe, or Australia?
Maybe USA wants to do a deal with the DRC and buy/manufacture batteries in the DRC, made from Manono mined and produced PLS.
Further USA did not pick up the challenge to assist in setting up a lithium mine in the DRC.
