Despite the noise from pillocks on both sides, this deal is great for BOTH AVZ and FFX holders.

That these guys are willing to not only sign off takes but also take a stake in an African lithium play speaks volumes to either their confidence in the continent or at the very least the dire situation in terms of supply shortfall.

Hopefully this is just the beginning and we see both mines making bank for both sets of shareholders soon!
