    "AVZ has been in constructive negotiations with the DRC Government to establish a pathway to grant the mining licence and the resolution of arbitrations between AVZ and DRC controlled entities," it said in a statement to Reuters on Wednesday.


    Why can the company release a statement to Reuters but not via the ASX?


    Doesn't sound positive for AVZ, a long expensive process with lawyers. The quarterly is due soon, that will give an indication of the bank balance and how long the lights can stay on
