Could be that GAL was pretty much done with all their requirements when they did the first CR, they got hit with an ISO and restarted the whole process. They then managed to get the CR done again (luckily for holders) so it was then a matter of regurgitating the same information they'd already prepared first time around.
All that being said, I'm as impatient with this re-listing as anyone else and I fully expect some disgruntled stale holders to pull their capital out asap when it does, might be a time for me to get a few more...
The only thing that gives me comfort is that we've missed the rotten market swings of late. A couple more days won't be the end of the world for me as I'm in longer term.
