    i think very simply the engagement of legals and financials is showing AWE's go away but come back with something nicer intent, but I do find it hard to believe anyone would come back with 1.6

    I'm a lucky low buyer so anything upwards of 1.1 would be very appealing. otherwise - I can wait....
