    June 16 (Reuters) - Elixir Petroleum Ltd (EXR) :

    • AWE Ltd(awe) informed company that it has entered into a definitive agreement with a third party
    • AWE Ltd Will not be proceeding with the proposed transaction with Elixir
    • Agreement in relation to sale of awe's 57.5% working interest in cliff head oil field
