- Received firm commitments to raise $12.0 million before costs via placement of 8 million ordinary shares at $1.50 per share
- To also offer share purchase plan where each existing shareholder will be able to buy up to $15,000 of shares at $1.50 per share
- Secured $63 million increase in its syndicated senior bank debt facility, increasing facility limit to $175 million
