Not sure if it is funded to FID, or DFS. I'd be interested to know how discussions with other offtake partners are going and whether any of these have the potential to further alleviate the funding task. I'm also interested about the overall environmental impacts of the project and how that fits in to selling to the EU now. I know laterite projects can use more energy than sulphides but my understanding is that this project would still fit within the environmental requirements for large car companies, being in Australia. Also interesting to note that VinEs (VinFast) - who signed an MOU with AXN has now listed on the NASDAQ and looks to be considerably increasing their electric battery output over the coming years, hopefully AXN can build on that MOU and maybe sell some product in advance or something similar. Some good news about offtake or otherwise confirmation of the process would be nice.
