Issues causing the slow uptake from surgeons included that sales people had to hand hold through 4-5 operations as compared to 2-3 in Australia. This was due to more dynamic movement of operating theatre staff in US hospitals as compared to more regular staff in Australia.
Also, company mentioned that the distribution of plastic surgeons who perform these operations is much wider than expected. So they need to on board more hospitals /doctors which takes more time.
