    Feb 24 (Reuters) - Australian Natural Proteins Ltd (AYB) :

    • Says offer is subject to acceptable farm valuations
    • Says received an offer of finance from an Australian based private equity fund to begin the purchase of dairy farms
    • Subject to approval, company will look to proceeding with its acquisition plans for the dairy farm aggregation
