    July 27 (Reuters) - A1 Consolidated Gold Ltd (AYC) :

    • Renounceable issue (AYC)
    • Announce a renounceable rights issue to raise up to approximately $3.3 million before costs
    • Funds raised will be used to ensure that pybar, the mining contractor at the A1 gold mine, recommence mining with a clean slate
