Not trying to be snarky but I'm curious how you decided that the price is "fair".

Today's announcement is surprisingly lacking in any detail besides the purchase price. How many customers does AusBBS bring? What was the revenue? Margins?

I get that they are buying AusBBS more for the systems & people in order to expand into a completely new (and potentially huge) market but it's hard to know what value this new market brings without any figures about how the AusBBS business was doing.
