AZI, RFR, ELT and the relatively well established TLG and NMT all recognise Europe as the 'sophisticate'.
Would that we had a Fed govt. that could even see the need for responsibility for the near and long term future.
Maybe prospective Euro tariffs will help with realisation.More likely, requires a change of govt.
