Aziana (ASX:AZK) has reached agreement to sell the Grigri, Marovato, Sakaleona North gold licences and its Belanitra graphite licence in Madagascar for a cash consideration of US$690,000.
This follows last month’s sale of its Antandrokazo, Alakamisy and Antakasina gold licences for US$650,000.
The sale of these licences is in line with its strategy of advancing its Anosivola (copper/gold), Manantenina (bauxite) and Antanisoa (graphite) projects in Madagascar.
Aziana noted that one or more parties have expressed interest in partnering with the company on its key projects in the country.
It also highlights the upturn in interest towards mineral exploration in Madagascar.
