    • REFERS TO OFF-MARKET TAKEOVER BID BY IGIC PTE LTD
    • IBAERA INCREASED ITS RELEVANT INTEREST IN AZUMAH SHARES TO 90.03%, NOW INTENDS TO COMPULSORILY ACQUIRE ALL REMAINING AZUMAH SHARES
    • COMPULSORY ACQUISITION WILL BE AT SAME PRICE AS OFFER OF A$0.033 CASH PER AZUMAH SHARE
