Just to put it into context, I am a working guy on the far younger end of the spectrum. Any amount saved now is worth much more for me than the same amount for those nearer retirement. It's also why its somewhat more advantageous for me to chase dividends than make money trading (or in the case of AZS, compulsory selling) cause 30% saved here now will be worth a lot more due to compounding magic.
