My take...Tony busted his arse for years on a nickel deposit that that was going nowhere and decided to cash in his chips after fate intervened. My guess is he just wants to buy a BIG boat and forget about all the years of shit he's put up with disgruntled shareholders.
Can't say I blame him. Imagine what Azure would be worth at today's nickel prices
Hopefully we'll never know, but Azure's SP wouldn't be what it is now with today's lithium prices either. Depending on your timeline, the takeover can be seen as both a blessing or a curse.
