If the final decision is delayed and is only weeks away from the MRE announcement then I think we have a "fair & reasonable" case to mount that the scheme of arrangement decision be delayed until we have the MRE. Having the MRE will assist us (i think it will be big), but it is not the full picture. What also needs to be taken into account by the Independent Valuer is an estimate of the total resource of the project. A pick up in the Lithium price would also help. It cant stay this low for much longer. Based on announcements of previous drill results and the fact that we now have 9 drill rigs operating, I would think that more drill results should not be too far away. We need "bonanza" results to attract the really big players and to assist us with our case that this Scheme offer is opportunistic and simply too low.
