Hi Macklemore, Thanks for the 2 timelines you have provided. I have looked at other schemes AVL, BKL, SYD, STX, AKE and CGC and noticed some announce that the draft scheme booklet has been sent to ASIC and some don't. It makes sense that we would as we did for the SQM scheme on December 5 2023.
So we may have an announcement in a bit over 10 days saying ASIC has completed review.
AZS announcement on 19 December 2023.
Scheme booklet will be dispatched mid Feb 2024 and scheme meeting will be mid March 2024.
AZS announcement 31 January 2024 has dispatch the same mid Feb, but scheme meeting pushed back a tad, mid to late March 2024.
