Adding to your post, also nothing showing with a Federal Court case search.

So unless a sneaky lodgement of the Scheme Booklet w/o announcement to the market unlike last time, agree looking at a few weeks delay to the Indicative Timetable.

This time lapse is of this year's drilling at TA3. Whilst plenty of expected infill, of interest is (1) step out holes in the South West no doubt testing the continuation of AP0005 (and/or AP0003/4) the other side of the fault line and (2) a couple of new holes in a whole new area in the East where the discovery of yet another stacked peg would certainly add to the tonnage and economics of the open pit:
