I like to play the long game and would have liked to see Andover through to production.
For this reason, I would prefer a takeover that is paid for with shares.
Unfortunately it doesn't matter what I want.
Greed and fear, dominates the actions.
We small shareholders have weakened our position ourselves - very unfortunate.
Too many sales, quick money, too little confidence in the Andover deposit and it's over.
Not selling was our only trump card in our hand.
And the big players make a rubber band out of the rules of the game. Nothing new either.
We were very lucky to find Andover and I am grateful to have been there.
And yet something is strange, it feels like a loss and reading news from Andover in the future won't be easy.
