I have recently increased my holding in Azure, primarily for the arbitrage. When it comes to a vote for the take-over, I will be voting against it.
The most likely outcome will be that the take-over succeeds. There is always a remote chance of another bid coming in to foil the take-over.
It is also possible that the take-over is voted down, - unlikely, but possible. Of course the price of AZS would initially fall, - probably too far - but then recover.
Looking ahead , maybe to 2025 with the price of lithium improving and further development of Andover, the price could well be much greater than $3.70.
A lot of 'ifs',but working on the assumption that Andover has the potential to play a big role in the future electrification of industry and the vehicle market, not just of Australia, but globally. This is a long term view of Azure.
