Once the bid succeeds then won't it be unlisted, or it will be delisted by the ASX for lack of liquidity since the remaining holders are there for the offtake not the SP value.
I can't see another bid succeeding because of this, who is going to sell to them? It's a mockery of the market basically.
The buyout / takeover proceeds regardless of how we vote because they have the 90%. Apparently the end of April is when finalised.
