as a director you wouldn't introduce bad news at a presentation it would be done via news flash .
good news coming hopefully can get back to 30cents a share where it used to be , could be big resistance at that level. Of course selling at 30 cents if you paid that for them means you may as well not have held them so lets go for 40 cents with an intraday spike to 60.
