Actually they've generally been pretty tight the last 2-3 years. It could be nothing, the company has hardly any staff now so if the MD, Chris Jordinson, is on the road doing presentations there would be no one in management in the office and he might need time to respond to the ticket, probably with the same old same old that tickets always get.
Or it could be something juicy. Whichever the case, it's a pain in the butt for long term holders to finally see some decent attention and be chopped off.
