How is it in our best interests for all the investments to be sold at the same time? Look's like it was in someone else's best interests. Once again like "retirement living" the assets are sold back to organisations involved with the original creator. At least this time we can spill.

So an organisation just happens to want these specific buildings so much that they are willing to offer more for all of them then would be paid by the competitive market of single purchases and it is just a coincidence that the selling costs may be cheaper for the manager. Some people will believe anything.

Time to motion for an injunction against the manager of each fund. This offer also happens to happen after the manager's parent company was put into receivership yet before that happened many student accommodation investments were downgraded.
