Not sure what you post is trying to say here, BAL has a bit under 9% of it's stock shorted and barely makes the top 20 of shorted stocks. Shorting does not automatically mean falling prices and anyway, published short positions lag the market by 4 business days so posting an image like this is pretty pointless unless you're trying to downramp
