Last I read Cherie Leeden was with MetalsTech. They had plans to spin out a Cobalt asset however I don’t think that proceeded.
Funding gap and dilution seems to have been the main issue with shareholders. If there were better options for financing I don’t understand why they weren’t pursued first up. Wondering if they’ve actually been approached or if that’s just optimism.
I still think that with the SPP they tried to allow retailers an opportunity to participate on equitable terms. Unfortunately market sentiment didn’t go as expected. Not sure if that was a factor in RCF changing their mind.
