people are worried about what will be company worth after paying 50c in dividend in my opinion.
company never gave dividend in past and this dividend is basically capital return so company should be telling people what will be post transaction EBIt or NPAT or EPS for people to make some sort of judgement on company worth after capital return in my opinion.
