more than this, we have inflation: rising rents and staff costs. We have cost of living pressures which will really impact families with kids (as opposed to say young single units), we have mortgage pressure: again families with kids as opposed to young single units. Yes supply chain costs should drop, but demand destruction on this demographic group??
And couple all of this with a share price that is overvalued against medium term intrinsic value of the underlying business.
