i must say i like the deal- our share price was getting smashed with the fear of a capital raising at less than $20cents and still a losing business with the US expansion.
We now have more than double the turnover- should be considerable profit in Australia with NO DEBT.
with some traction- wouldn't it be a very good acquisition by TAB- it is cheap actually and gets then traction overseas.
Gives Tab some potential growth with capital
