Agreed. The raise was at 5c so i would expect it to be as well. You may see some edging to get out 5.3-5.5c. The 4.5c support has been very, very solid.
From what ive seen that last raise has been held pretty tightly. Even when the market had some rough days it didn't look like anyone was to anxious to get out. For me that is a great sign. From memory Blair was reluctant to reference who mainly supported it.
