Absolutely - get digging and washing before the markets change materially. Helps self fund part of other projects and keep dilution down. Hopefully there are several debt funds in the mix and back this team to deliver. Don't need to give away project equity, maybe some hedging lines or first look/best terms on future project debt is all the sweetener required.
