Because of this proposed deal I am more impressed with the directors.
The very helpful explanatory email, above, from the Beacon GM nicely sums up the circumstances of the proposed transaction.
The fact that the 2 subject directors have the financial resources and the skill, knowledge and experience of the gold industry is to the advantage of Beacon shareholders.
to the doubters and the naysayers ..go hang your heads in shame.
