I don’t think this deal is bad. The asx knows the shareholder vote is an formality as we know who are the majority shareholders. This was reaffirmed a few years ago when Sahara nearly got rolled.
the terms are commercial. Just go find similar land deals. In fact go back and look at the deals that got this show going
look at the deals around the joint with the native tittle’s shenanigans. Then tis deal looks really good.
