    • SHAREHOLDERS APPROVED SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT FOR ST BARBARA TO BUY 100% OF ISSUED BARDOC SHARES
    • WILL NOW APPLY TO COURT FOR APPROVAL OF SCHEME AT HEARING SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 1
    • EXPECTED THAT BARDOC SHARES WILL BE SUSPENDED FROM TRADING ON ASX AT CLOSE OF TRADING ON APRIL 4
