Don't forget there was a firm statement made that there was a buyer prepared to buy on market upto 10% of the company.
C if that plays out in the coming weeks.
All in all they have done well to get this over the line and BDM into a position where it can grow and be profitable.
Now its time to execute and see if the dir't pays.
