I don't see it as a conspiracy either.
just a choice.
They knew they could never keep this aspect of the deal confidential, so it never could be part of a 'confidential' settlement.
They just chose to tell us now because they had to issue a 3b, at the very last moment
I'm not worried about the actual settlement, they screwed investors over and got taken to court. The settlement is the cheap option for their past wrong doings.
I'm concerned with how they report it to us.
It goes against their claim of being more open and transparent.
I don't see it as a conspiracy either. just a choice. They knew...
