    Seems that everytime this stock drops down (or is pushed down?) to around .65c

    It quickly jumps back up to 68/69c.

    Looks like steady accumulation to me. More sellers than buyers showing, yet, price is maintained. One of the big boys taking a position as and when they can get them below this price?
